Senior Windows Developer

About the role

We’re building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. Our Windows app is critical to capturing performance data and enabling insights across enterprise environments. We’re looking for an experienced Windows app developer to take ownership of development, stability, and deployment while scaling the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Windows app development with a focus on performance, maintainability, and cross‑environment stability.
• Profile, debug, and optimise the application for speed, memory usage, and reliability.
• Build for managed and restricted enterprise environments using MDM tools and deployment best practices.
• Integrate with backend APIs and, when needed, implement or adjust backend endpoints.
• Collaborate with other developers to ensure consistent experiences across platforms.
• Contribute to app architecture, testing, and release processes to ensure smooth updates and deployments.

Required profile

• Proficient in C# with hands‑on experience in Windows app development (Avalonia UI, WPF, UWP, or WinUI).
• Skilled at profiling, debugging, and performance optimisation.
• Experienced in enterprise‑managed or MDM‑deployed app environments.
• Comfortable working with APIs and understanding full‑stack communication.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on consistency, reliability, and smooth user experiences across setups.
