Join nesto, a Canadian leader in mortgage technology, as a Senior Technical Support Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary IT support anchor for our Calgary office while providing seamless remote assistance to our distributed teams across multiple sites.
Missions principales
- Provide high-level technical support (Levels 1 and 2) and manage the full incident lifecycle.
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding and off-boarding processes for all employees.
- Manage the deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle of Windows and macOS workstations.
- Maintain rigorous hardware inventory management and track all support tickets to ensure strict SLA compliance.
- Administer and optimize SaaS applications and endpoint management platforms (Intune, Jamf).
- Ensure endpoint security, compliance, and coordinate effectively with external technology vendors.
Profil recherché
- Proven experience in a senior technical support or IT specialist role.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills, capable of supporting diverse users in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to thrive and adapt within a high-growth, hyper-scale technology company.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing both Windows and macOS ecosystems.
Competences requises
- Advanced administration of Microsoft 365 (Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace administration.
- Hands-on experience with MDM solutions: Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint security and compliance protocols.
- Expertise in hardware lifecycle management and IT asset tracking.
