Senior Supply Chain Specialist (12‑month maternity leave contract)

About the role

Diva International Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist on a 12‑month maternity‑leave contract. The role is fully remote for candidates residing in Ontario and supports inventory, forecasting, purchasing and assembly coordination across Canadian and U.S. warehouses.

Key responsibilities

• Support inventory management, forecasting and MRP‑based production scheduling.
• Monitor inventory reconciliations, counts and adjustments across multiple locations.
• Define and track departmental KPIs to drive supply‑chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align production plans with demand forecasts.
• Coordinate assembly operations with manufacturing partners, resolve production or quality issues, and attend monthly planning meetings.
• Assist with purchase orders, vendor quotes, work orders and raw‑material approvals to ensure cost‑effective sourcing.

Required profile

• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and residence in Ontario.
• Senior‑level experience in supply‑chain or logistics operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to improve processes.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
