Senior Strategy Consultant – Freelance AI Project

About the role

We are looking for a senior strategy consultant to help design and evaluate realistic consulting project environments for our AI training platform. This remote, freelance position will involve translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured tasks that AI agents can learn from.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed, industry‑specific consulting project scenarios, including financials, constraints, and ambiguous information.
• Design structured consulting tasks (e.g., market sizing, cost optimization, growth strategy) that mirror real consulting work.
• Develop evaluation criteria, grading rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions for each task to train an LLM‑based grading system.
• Collaborate with the AI and data generation team to ensure alignment with project goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and produce client‑ready deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Experience presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
