Senior Specialist, Product Management – Attributes & Insights

About the role

The Senior Specialist will act as a data‑driven product manager for Account Status Inquiry (ASI) within Mastercard Identity. You will analyze usage patterns, translate insights into product actions, and partner with regional, sales, engineering and customer success teams to drive adoption and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong product knowledge of Account Status Inquiry and the broader Attributes & Insights suite.
• Analyze ASI usage, transaction trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain KPI reporting and performance summaries for adoption and revenue insights.
• Translate data insights into product requirements, business cases, and best‑practice use cases.
• Support internal and external inquiries, collaborate on product launches, and create documentation and enablement content.

Required profile

• Experience in product management, payments, financial services or analytics with a focus on transaction‑level data.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, intellectual curiosity and ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills for both business and technical audiences.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis, segmentation, hypothesis testing and data‑driven decision making.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from $94,000 to $138,000 CAD, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program.
