Senior Specialist, Attribute Verification Product Management

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Senior Specialist to lead the development and growth of its Attribute Verification suite, including Address Verification Service (AVS), CVC2 and Age Verification. The role combines product management, data‑driven execution and close collaboration with regional and technical partners to turn market needs into actionable product enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Define product requirements, manage the backlog and prioritize features for the Address Verification Service.
• Develop KPI dashboards and data visualisations to monitor usage, identify optimisation opportunities and support regional revenue growth.
• Analyse market trends, competition and customer journeys to shape go‑to‑market strategies and drive product differentiation.
• Partner with internal analysts, tech leads and external stakeholders to deliver enhancements and address merchant, acquirer and issuer optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven product management or technical leadership experience from strategic planning through tactical execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence diverse business partners.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable to a rapidly changing environment and comfortable working with global teams.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $94,000 – $138,000 CAD, based on experience and location.
• Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
