Senior Site Superintendent

About the role

We are currently looking for a Senior Site Superintendent to join our construction team. As a Senior Site Superintendent, you will assist in the development and build of remarkable buildings while fostering enduring relationships with our people, partners, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, lead and document the execution of the project.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with contract documents and Broccolini standards.
• Address non‑conforming work and maintain the highest level of quality control.
• Create and manage the project schedule.
• Implement Broccolini's HSE program and site‑specific policies.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and authorities to overcome site challenges.
• Supervise, mentor and coach field staff while promoting a safe, productive environment.
• Complete performance reviews for the site team.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; diploma/degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive on‑site construction supervision experience.
• Knowledge of construction documents, regulations and safety practices.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership abilities.
• Advanced leadership and decision‑making skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel between sites.
• English required; French an asset.
