About the role
The Senior Securitization Analyst will support the administration and reporting of the bank’s securitization programs, assisting with new issuances, monthly investor reporting, accounting, and financial analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with execution of new securitization issuances and ongoing administration.
- Prepare monthly investor reports, accounting schedules and financial analysis.
- Support compliance interactions with CMHC, external auditors and government agencies.
- Identify process‑improvement opportunities and help implement changes.
Required profile
- University/College degree in Business Administration/Commerce, preferably with an accounting focus.
- Pursuing CPA designation.
- 3‑5 years of accounting or financial reporting experience in a financial institution.
- Knowledge of CMHC NHA MBS and CMB securitization programs is an asset.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Access, Word.
- Proficiency with accounting systems and data‑management/reporting tools.
- Cash‑flow modeling and financial analysis capabilities.
