Senior SAP ABAP Developer (IS-U & CRM)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP ABAP Developer to join our team in downtown Montreal on a hybrid basis (2 days onsite per week). The role focuses on delivering high‑quality solutions within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on IS‑U and CRM modules.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ABAP and Fiori applications on SAP S/4HANA.
• Provide technical leadership, enforce standards, and manage technical debt.
• Participate in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, story breakdown, estimation, and value alignment.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer through communities of practice, coaching sessions, and structured workshops.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using Confluence, JIRA, XRAY, Teams, MS Office, and SharePoint.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years of professional experience in SAP development.
• Strong proficiency in ABAP language.
• Deep expertise in the IS‑U module and solid knowledge of the CRM module.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• Experience working in an agile environment and using Jira for delivery.
