Senior Recruiter – High‑Volume & Contact Center Hiring

About the role

Cloud5 is looking for a motivated Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment for high‑volume and contact‑center positions. This remote role supports our Canadian operations and works closely with hiring managers to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for contact‑center and high‑volume hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce requirements and talent strategies.
• Design and execute multi‑channel sourcing plans to attract qualified candidates.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring performance to drive improvements.
• Support recruitment process documentation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and coach one direct report, providing day‑to‑day guidance.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and talent market insights.
• Own onboarding, ensuring early engagement and successful integration.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in high‑volume environments.
• Experience hiring for contact‑center, customer support, service desk, technical support, or operations roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience mentoring or leading other recruiters or recruiting coordinators.
