Senior Recruiter – Healthcare Talent Acquisition (Remote, Canada)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead high‑impact healthcare recruitment across international markets. Based in Canada and working fully remotely, you will source and place top medical professionals, including Registered Nurses, LPNs, CNAs, physicians and allied health staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for a variety of healthcare roles.
• Apply advanced sourcing methods such as X‑ray sourcing and direct headhunting.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to ensure continuous availability.
• Conduct thorough screening interviews and assessments of clinical skills and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular pipeline updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, especially with Registered Nurse placements.
• Proven ability to work independently in remote or distributed environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and multitasking capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
