Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

This senior-level position is based in Canada and focuses on advancing testing practices across complex web applications, third‑party systems, and integrations. You will lead automation initiatives, drive AI‑enabled testing, and embed quality engineering into CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve existing test automation frameworks for scalability, reliability and efficiency.
• Recommend and implement modern testing methodologies, tools and AI‑assisted testing approaches.
• Design, develop, maintain and execute automated test scripts for web applications, integrations and third‑party platforms.
• Expand automated coverage using manual test cases, regression scenarios and performance testing requirements.
• Perform manual, integration, system validation and performance testing as needed.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot automation failures and enhance test stability.
• Ensure test data readiness and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with technical teams to promote best practices in quality engineering.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of recent experience testing web applications, third‑party solutions and system integrations.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience developing, maintaining and executing automated test scripts.
• Proven ability to analyze test execution results, troubleshoot automation issues and improve framework stability.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
