Senior QA Mobile Automation Engineer (Java, Selenium, Appium)

Main Responsibilities

• Lead consulting projects and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance on testing strategies and QA processes.
• Design, architect, and implement robust automation solutions using Java, Selenium, and API testing frameworks to ensure scalability and performance.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites for API endpoints and database interactions using RestAssured and JDBC.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Developers, QA Engineers, Project Managers) to define requirements and establish best practices.
• Perform code reviews, optimize automation script performance, and troubleshoot complex framework issues.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve testing methodologies.

Profile Required

• University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant proven experience in software development, quality assurance, and test automation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage client relationships and strategic engagements.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex automation frameworks from scratch.

Required Skills

• Expert proficiency in Java and Selenium WebDriver (including Page Object Model).
• Advanced knowledge of Mobile Automation (Appium) and API testing (RestAssured).
• Strong experience with Database testing and JDBC.
• Deep understanding of software testing lifecycles and automation architecture.
• Excellent communication and mentoring capabilities.
