Senior Project Manager – Products & Services (Internet Projects)

About the role

We are seeking a senior project manager to lead high‑impact initiatives within our High Speed Internet portfolio, covering everything from broadband to Wi‑Fi and self‑install processes. You will work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment, partnering with technical, go‑to‑market, regulatory and operations teams to deliver seamless home internet experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive strategic projects across fixed‑line and wireless internet product lines.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to solve business problems and improve customer experience.
• Apply structured problem‑solving methods and continuous‑improvement practices.
• Ensure flawless execution, meeting or exceeding customer expectations at every touchpoint.
