Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead large‑scale technology transformation programmes for enterprise clients across Canada. Working remotely, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver ERP, CRM and cloud solutions while ensuring strong governance, financial discipline and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle – scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, issues and change management.
• Lead consulting engagements that involve ERP, CRM, cloud platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
• Establish project structures, communication plans, decision frameworks and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Manage budgets from $2M to $10M+, track financial performance and protect margins.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including architecture, technical, functional, offshore and PMO resources.
• Facilitate executive reporting, steering committees and project health reviews.
• Coach teams, resolve conflicts and drive continuous improvement of delivery practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a consulting project leader delivering complex technology projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills with senior business and technology leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑million‑dollar budgets and drive financial discipline.
• Excellent analytical, risk‑management and decision‑making capabilities.
