Senior Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager you will lead complex building‑technology projects from inception to delivery, working closely with internal teams, clients and subcontractors. You will ensure projects meet quality, schedule and budget expectations while upholding Bosch’s professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Bosch in a professional manner to maximise client satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals, RFPs and bid documents that highlight Bosch’s value proposition.
• Develop and execute project plans, including engineering, installation and subcontractor coordination.
• Manage procurement, material delivery and on‑site installation schedules.
• Monitor performance, quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure timely submission of documentation.
• Identify client security needs and propose appropriate Bosch solutions.
• Drive service contract sales and manage contract finalisation, including deposits and invoicing.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, multi‑million‑dollar projects.
• Strong leadership mindset with a focus on people development and client orientation.
• Ability to work outside normal business hours when required.
• Commitment to safety, compliance and protection of company assets.
