Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Technology

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale, complex healthcare technology projects across Canadian organizations. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring initiatives meet clinical and operational goals while staying on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute complex projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Define governance structures, communication plans, and delivery frameworks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; manage scope changes and dependencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Monitor performance via structured reporting, status updates, and KPI tracking.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to resolve issues and remove blockers.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous optimization of project management methodologies.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional experience, including 2‑3 years in senior or expert‑level project management roles.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects with accountability for delivery outcomes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging senior leadership.
• Ability to handle competing priorities, tight deadlines, and multiple concurrent projects in a high‑pressure environment.
