Senior Project Manager – Building Technology

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager you will lead complex building‑technology projects for Bosch, coordinating internal teams, clients and subcontractors from concept to completion. You will ensure high‑quality delivery while upholding Bosch’s professional standards and values.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Bosch in a professional manner to maximize client satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals, RFPs and bid documents that highlight Bosch’s features and meet GPM requirements.
• Develop and execute follow‑up communication and proposal generation for prospects.
• Manage sales orders, project scopes, plans and documentation in line with contract requirements.
• Solicit equipment upgrades, replacements and promotions for existing clients.
• Present contracts, secure signatures, and ensure all financial and project details are complete.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships, address future needs and assist with collections.
• Plan and schedule engineering, installation and subcontracting activities.
• Coordinate procurement, control material delivery and adjust designs or contracts as needed.
• Monitor construction schedules, task coordination and quality performance.
