Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Relay is a digital banking platform helping self‑made business owners gain clarity and control over their finances. We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to sit at the intersection of product, marketing and growth, shaping strategy, influencing roadmap and driving adoption of our fintech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the voice of the customer to inform product roadmap and prioritize features in partnership with Product Management and Brand/Design.
• Design and execute adoption and growth programs that increase activation, retention and reduce friction across the user journey.
• Develop and own go‑to‑market plans for new features and product launches, tying initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
• Lead market and competitive research, translating insights into positioning and messaging that resonate throughout the customer journey.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Growth, Sales and Partnerships to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless customer experiences.
• Manage cross‑functional product launches, ensuring timely delivery and internal enablement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in an early‑stage B2B or B2B2C environment serving SMBs.
• Demonstrated success launching products or features and driving measurable adoption.
• Data‑driven storyteller who crafts compelling narratives based on metrics.
• Customer champion who translates deep user insights into positioning and messaging.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and meet deadlines.
• Metrics‑focused, able to define KPIs, create reporting requirements and partner with data teams.
• Thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with a bias for action and ownership.
