Senior Product Manager

About the role

Veeva Systems is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to design and deliver high‑value AI Agent solutions for Veeva PromoMats and Vault Medical. You will lead the creation of AI‑driven tools that automate the medical, legal, and regulatory content lifecycle, helping customers bring life‑changing therapies to market faster.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of production‑ready AI Agent applications, focusing on data flow orchestration, RAG architectures, and complex prompt engineering.
• Identify high‑impact AI use cases in MLR and medical inquiry workflows and define clear KPIs such as reduction in review cycles and inference accuracy.
• Drive hands‑on prototyping to production, ensuring scalability and quality on the Veeva Vault platform.
• Partner with Engineering and UX to automate compliance risk identification and triage of medical inquiries.
• Collaborate with Application PMs and evangelize AI capabilities to internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise software product management, engineering, or consulting experience.
• 2+ years of hands‑on focus on AI/ML applications, specifically LLMs and Generative AI.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex AI concepts into business value for legal, medical, and regulatory teams.
• Proven collaboration with UX and Engineering to build intuitive tools for regulated workflows.

Required skills

• Python programming
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex
• API integration and development
• Prompt engineering and model fine‑tuning for regulated content
