Senior Product Manager – AI Authoring (Falcon Writer)

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Falcon Writer AI authoring product, which helps life‑sciences teams draft regulated documents quickly and accurately. You will work closely with medical writers, regulatory and clinical stakeholders to translate their workflows into a clear product roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Own feature design from concept to delivery, creating user stories, specifications, and quality checks.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Project Management, and Product teams to ensure high‑quality releases.
• Develop deep expertise in medical writing and regulatory document workflows.
• Define and track metrics such as authoring speed, draft quality, and user adoption.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on product management experience.
• Proven track record shipping AI or machine‑learning product features.
• Strong ability to translate complex, ambiguous customer workflows into clear product direction.
• Extensive customer‑facing experience with excellent communication and stakeholder alignment.

Required skills

• AI/ML product development.
• Understanding of regulated life‑sciences content creation.
