Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

Techo-Bloc is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead the purchasing and inventory operations for its resale business, ensuring hard‑scape accessories are available at the right place, time and cost. The role works closely with planning, sales, logistics and finance teams in a fast‑paced, execution‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute inventory replenishment using Microsoft Dynamics 365 MRP planning and create/maintain purchase orders for domestic and international suppliers.
• Manage forward buying for seasonal and long‑lead‑time items, balancing inventory targets, demand forecasts and freight efficiency.
• Act as the primary operational contact for assigned suppliers, coordinating order confirmations, production schedules, lead times, customs documentation and issue resolution.
• Partner with planning to monitor inventory health, aging, shelf‑life and supply risks, and develop movement strategies across distribution centers.
• Support annual booking programs, supplier allocations and purchasing plans, and maintain accurate purchase order costs and receipt dates.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply‑chain roles within manufacturing or distribution.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally in a structured, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting sales, demand and inventory data.
