Senior Principal Engineer - AI Framework Programming Expression Technology

About the role

We are looking for a senior engineer to lead system‑level optimization of open‑source AI frameworks for Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning. The role focuses on large‑scale training and inference, driving advanced design and implementation across the AI software stack.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize open‑source AI frameworks for LLMs and reinforcement learning at system level, emphasizing large‑scale training and inference.
• Lead the design and implementation of advanced system‑optimization solutions across the AI stack.
• Identify and drive systematic innovations in LLMs, reinforcement‑learning algorithms, and overall system performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to grow the technology ecosystem and advance AI framework technologies.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Mathematics, Computer Science, AI, or a related field, or equivalent research experience.
• At least 3 years of R&D experience in reinforcement learning, large language models, or related algorithms.
• Familiarity with cutting‑edge technologies such as multimodal models and novel reinforcement‑learning algorithms.
• Proven ability to optimize AI systems based on the latest research advances.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mainstream large‑model frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Hands‑on experience in large‑scale algorithm training.
