About the role

Mercor is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to support a leading AI research lab. This short‑term contract role is fully remote and focuses on delivering high‑impact operational outputs that enable cutting‑edge machine‑learning research.

Key responsibilities

• Create deliverables that address common requests within your professional domain.
• Review and improve peer‑developed deliverables to enhance AI research outcomes.
• Work independently and asynchronously, meeting tight deadlines.
• Support the AI lab’s research and infrastructure initiatives for next‑generation ML systems.
• Diagnose and solve real‑world issues in your domain to contribute to advanced AI projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a relevant operations or administrative field.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling.
• Immediate availability to start.
