Senior Nuclear Engineer – Toronto

About the role

HOUSE OF ABY Group is expanding its nuclear engineering activities in Canada. We are looking for seasoned nuclear engineers to join our Toronto office and support high‑impact projects such as steam turbine replacement at Pickering, Small Modular Reactor development at Darlington, feasibility studies for Bruce Power C, and decommissioning at Douglas Point.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, and implementation of mechanical and civil solutions for nuclear facilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on SMR, turbine replacement, and decommissioning studies.
• Prepare technical documentation, safety cases, and validation reports.
• Coordinate with clients and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge transfer within the group.

Required profile

• More than 10 years of experience in nuclear engineering or related sectors.
• Advanced degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Civil Engineering or Project Management.
• Proven track record on complex nuclear projects in Canada.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
