Senior Marketing Manager – Contract (Toronto)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager on a full‑time, one‑year contract to lead integrated marketing initiatives for our asset‑management business in Toronto. The role blends strategic planning, campaign execution, and stakeholder collaboration to drive acquisition, retention, and brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand standards.
• Lead end‑to‑end campaign management, from planning through optimization.
• Support acquisition, retention, customer communications, promotions, and other integrated initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to improve results.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, marketing teams, and external vendors or agencies.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership.
• Coordinate budgets and track performance against targets.
• Apply risk‑management and compliance practices in line with organizational policies.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in asset management, ETFs, or financial services.
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
