Senior Manager, Valuations & Corporate Finance (CBV, CPA)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead valuations and corporate finance engagements for our clients. You will work with a dynamic team, delivering high‑quality analyses and building strong client relationships while supporting the growth of our practice.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the review and preparation of business valuations using various methodologies.
• Lead Quality of Earnings and Due Diligence engagements.
• Prepare impairment tests and purchase price allocations under IFRS.
• Produce and present valuation reports and databooks.
• Oversee engagement timelines and budgets.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
• Manage, develop, and mentor staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities.
• Support partners in relationship management and practice development.

Required profile

• CPA and CBV designation.
• Minimum 5 years of valuation experience in a professional services firm.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong financial modelling capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated business development ability.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment.
