Senior Manager, Quebec Corporate Communications

About the role

Bell is seeking a Senior Manager to lead corporate communications initiatives for Quebec, while also supporting national announcements. The role sits within the Corporate Services team and works closely with multiple internal partners to shape and deliver strategic messaging across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communications plans for Quebec‑focused initiatives and national corporate announcements.
• Create written materials such as speaking notes, press releases, key messages, social media posts, and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Lead proactive media engagement, cultivate relationships with top‑tier journalists, and secure earned media coverage.
• Provide communications strategy and support for Quebec‑based executives at speaking engagements and community events.
• Support the development and management of corporate partnerships in Quebec, including initiatives like Bell Let’s Talk.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate communications, preferably with a focus on Quebec or bilingual markets.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic communications plans aligned with business objectives.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for a variety of audiences.
• Experience managing media relations and executive communications.
• Ability to manage partnership programs and collaborate across multiple internal stakeholders.
