Senior Manager, External Communications & Corporate Affairs

About the role

The Crump Group is looking for a Senior Manager to lead external communications and corporate affairs across North America. You will shape the company’s narrative, strengthen its reputation, and partner with multiple business units to drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute external communication strategies that align with business objectives.
• Build and protect the corporate reputation across media, stakeholder, and consumer channels.
• Lead consumer and corporate affairs initiatives that generate measurable business impact.
• Serve as the primary communications partner for Strategy & Sustainability, Customer Service, Marketing, R&D, and Sales teams.
• Drive purpose‑focused campaigns that highlight the company’s commitment to pet wellbeing and environmental stewardship.

Required profile

• Proven experience in public affairs, corporate communications, and strategic narrative development.
• Ability to translate business strategy into clear, compelling messaging.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
