Senior Manager – Business Management & Strategy

About the role

The Senior Manager, Business Management & Strategy partners with the U.S. Chief Operating Officer and senior leaders across TD Bank U.S. to shape and deliver executive‑level insights. You will lead the creation of high‑visibility presentations, translate complex topics into clear recommendations, and drive alignment across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver executive‑ready content for senior leadership, synthesising complex information into concise insights.
• Lead a large, complex business‑management function, overseeing risk, financials and operational efficiency.
• Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, identifying emerging trends and recommending operational improvements.
• Facilitate strategic discussions, develop roadmaps, and set long‑range (12‑month+) planning goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of common objectives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of relevant experience with an undergraduate degree.
• Proven relationship‑building skills and ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong judgment, executive presence and the capacity to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Thought‑partner mindset, proactively simplifying complex work and fostering collaboration.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and executive‑level presentation development.
