Senior Manager, AI Program & Funnel Management

About the role

Bell is seeking a senior leader to own the end‑to‑end AI initiative funnel within its AI organization. You will drive governance, prioritisation and executive decision‑making for AI projects, ensuring they move from intake through execution with discipline and transparency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the AI initiative funnel from intake to execution, coordinating intake, prioritisation and sequencing across the AI Fabric portfolio.
• Maintain visibility of initiative status, risks, dependencies and decision points, applying consistent governance stages and readiness criteria.
• Support the AI governance framework by preparing materials, analyses and ensuring initiatives meet approval requirements.
• Track governance decisions, conditions and follow‑ups to keep execution aligned with strategic goals.
• Develop executive‑level portfolio views, summaries and decks, translating complex financial, operational and technical inputs into decision‑ready insights.
• Coordinate inputs across Business Units, AI Operations, Finance, Product and Sales, identifying cross‑initiative dependencies and escalating risks.
• Partner with Finance to track approved business cases, funding assumptions and realised value.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience managing AI or technology programmes with a focus on governance and portfolio management.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership, synthesize complex data and present clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills across multiple business units and functions.
• Analytical mindset with experience in financial tracking of technology initiatives.
