Senior Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

TRM Labs provides AI‑powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer you will work with data scientists, engineers and product managers to design and build scalable, highly‑available infrastructure for TRM’s platforms, contributing to a safer financial system for billions of people.

Key responsibilities

• Develop software and tooling to increase automation, support, maintenance and operability of services.
• Use data to monitor and improve the availability, reliability and sustainability of infrastructure.
• Engage in systems hardening and compliance activities such as SOC2 and FedRAMP.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to set strategy, priorities and mission for the Infrastructure team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with AWS and/or GCP IaaS services (compute, storage, IAM, VPC, load balancing).
• Adaptable to fast‑changing goals, autonomous in delivering results, and strong communicator across technical and non‑technical audiences.
