Senior HR Coordinator – 18‑Month Contract

About the role

The Senior HR Coordinator will join Choice Properties on an 18‑month contract, supporting the Human Resources team in delivering company‑wide programs, performance and compensation processes, and HR technology initiatives. The role works in a hybrid model, spending three days per week in the Toronto office.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first‑line contact for employee questions, guiding them on policies, benefits, recruitment and training.
• Coordinate annual HR cycles such as performance reviews, compensation planning and engagement surveys.
• Maintain accurate data in the Workday HRIS and promote best practices for system utilization.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth recruitment, onboarding and leave of absence processes.
• Generate and analyse workforce metrics (headcount, turnover, etc.) to support data‑driven HR strategies.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in Human Resources or related field; HR Management certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably coordinating departmental programs.
• Strong confidentiality, attention to detail and ability to interact with all organizational levels.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
