Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across engineering, product, sales, manufacturing and corporate functions, translating business goals into people strategies that drive performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR advisor, influencing people decisions with data, business context and sound HR practices.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, succession and talent management for both office and manufacturing populations.
• Drive performance management processes, coach managers on effective conversations and link outcomes to talent reviews.
• Provide employee‑relations guidance, manage complex cases and partner with legal on high‑risk matters.
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits on promotions, equity decisions and workforce cost management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner exposure.
• Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a complex, multi‑functional, manufacturing or technical environment.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to work effectively in a global organization.
• HR certifications such as CHRL, CHRP or SHRM are an asset.
