Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

ARS Responds Canada, a leader in disaster mitigation and property restoration, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to elevate its national brand presence. You will create compelling visual storytelling across digital, print, presentations, proposals, events, and internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑impact visual assets for digital, print, presentations, proposals, events, and internal communications.
• Create executive‑level PowerPoint presentations, sales decks, and strategic communication materials.
• Support RFQ/RFP submissions with strong visual layout, structure, and storytelling.
• Develop campaign creative for social media, website, recruitment, email, and internal platforms.
• Design infographics, diagrams, templates, signage, and branded marketing collateral.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Communications, Business Development, HR, Operations, and Leadership teams.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring high attention to detail.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, presentation design, digital campaigns, print/layout design, and executive‑level storytelling.
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
• Experience thriving in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
• Experience with WordPress, Canva, Figma, video editing, or motion graphics is an asset.
