Senior Glazing Project Manager

About the role

Flynn Group of Companies is looking for an experienced Senior Glazing Project Manager to lead large‑scale commercial glazing projects at our Winnipeg office. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from pre‑construction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial glazing projects from pre‑construction through closeout.
• Review and interpret contracts, specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, labour productivity, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower planning, fabrication, procurement, and installation activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and general contractors.
• Lead negotiations, resolve project‑related challenges, and oversee risk management and change order processes.
• Mentor and support junior project team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 + years of experience managing commercial glazing projects.
• Proven experience delivering projects valued between $500 K and $2 M+.
• Extensive knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, window wall, and commercial glazing systems.
• Strong contract administration, budgeting, and negotiation abilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to pass a criminal background check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Procore.
• Proficiency with MS Project.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam.
