Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A (Topline & GTM Costs)

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A will support cross‑functional financial planning and performance reporting with a focus on topline revenue and go‑to‑market (GTM) costs. The role requires building advanced financial models and turning large data sets into actionable insights for executive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop financial tools for topline and cost‑efficiency target setting, including new revenue, churn and sales efficiency metrics.
• Design and implement scenario and capacity planning models to support quarterly, annual and multi‑year forecasts for GTM functions.
• Produce budget‑vs‑actual performance reporting and market‑level financial trend analysis to drive growth and efficiency actions.
• Partner with GTM leaders to manage actuals, forecasts and cost‑related discussions, and support month‑end close, annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of FP&A or strategy experience, preferably in technology/SaaS revenue environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting.
• Proven ability to build and sustain advanced financial models from ideation through implementation.

Required skills

• Business Intelligence and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• FP&A systems such as IBM Planning & Analytics and Workday Adaptive.
• Advanced Excel functions, specifically Power Pivot and Power Query.
• Data modeling and data‑mining techniques.
• Experience applying AI use cases to financial planning and analysis.
