About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Coach to work directly with CEOs, senior executives, and VP‑level leaders across a range of industries. The role is fully remote within Canada and focuses on enhancing leadership effectiveness, decision‑making, and overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customized executive coaching sessions for CEOs, executives, and VP‑level leaders.
• Support leadership effectiveness, strategic judgement, and performance improvement.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders across natural resources, real estate, technology, and healthcare sectors.
• Apply sound judgement to a variety of complex business challenges.

Required profile

• Significant experience in executive coaching, senior leadership advisory, or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to engage credibly with senior business leaders.
• Strong communication, judgement, and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Ability to work remotely from any location within Canada.
