Senior Event Production Coordinator

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Event Production Coordinator to support our experiential projects across Canada from now through September. The role will work closely with production and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of events for high‑profile media, sports and luxury brands.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with production and creative teams on overall event planning.
- Source, negotiate with, and coordinate vendors.
- Manage digital workbooks that serve as the primary tool for all logistics.
- Oversee documentation for event success, including production schedules, contact sheets, and inventory documents.
- Conduct venue and market scouting and manage related logistics.
- Draft agendas and take notes during client meetings.
- Assist with load‑ins and load‑outs at events and coordinate onsite logistics.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience in event production.
- Current availability to start immediately and work through September.
- Proven ability to collaborate with production and creative teams in a fast‑paced environment.
