Senior Director, Enterprise Systems & AI Enablement

About the role

Cineflix Media is looking for a Senior Director to lead the practical implementation of its enterprise AI and technology transformation agenda. Reporting to the COO, the role will work across finance, rights management, production budgeting, payroll and planning systems, as well as other functions, to modernise systems and embed AI‑enabled ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the enterprise AI agenda across corporate and operational functions.
• Identify, prioritise and deliver AI and automation solutions that improve productivity, accuracy and decision‑making.
• Develop and deploy Cineflix‑owned large language model (LLM) capabilities for internal processes.
• Establish responsible AI practices in partnership with IT, Legal, Privacy and business leaders.
• Create a roadmap for modernising, connecting and consolidating core business systems.
• Improve enterprise data quality, accessibility and governance while reducing manual processes.
• Lead systems integration, automation and modernisation initiatives with IT and functional leaders.
• Drive adoption of new systems, AI tools and redesigned processes through communication, training and change management.

Required profile

• Senior experience in enterprise technology, AI enablement, business systems or digital transformation.
• Proven success implementing practical AI, automation and workflow solutions.
• Experience leading complex, cross‑functional transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, data governance, cybersecurity and vendor management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, change leadership and communication skills.
