Senior Digital Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to lead the design, development and delivery of digital solutions for our clients at Havas Canada. The role combines strong project‑management expertise with a passion for digital innovation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain detailed project plans aligned with client business needs, priorities and success metrics.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery teams using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches, managing scope, schedule and budget.
• Oversee change‑request processes, invoice and timesheet approvals, and ensure financial health of each project.
• Facilitate daily stand‑ups, internal status meetings and client communications, tracking risks, issues and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, milestones and deliverables, adjusting plans as client requirements evolve.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing digital, web and preferably mobile projects.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale, complex initiatives in fast‑moving environments.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and comfort handling uncertainty.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior leaders, technologists, creatives and junior team members.
• Hands‑on attitude with a drive to “roll up sleeves” and get things done.
