Senior Digital Marketing Project Manager

About the role

titus/one, part of the Zoomer Digital Network, is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead integrated media projects and support the digital brands within the network. This remote, contract‑based position works on a variety of campaigns, website development, performance optimisation and ongoing maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent digital marketing projects from initiation to delivery.
• Develop work‑back schedules, budgets and resource plans to keep projects on track.
• Create and assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate directly with clients to capture requirements, provide updates and deliver measurable results.
• Coordinate with internal marketing, creative and technology teams to align efforts.
• Document meeting notes, produce recaps and present project information tailored to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing end‑to‑end digital campaigns and media projects.
• Strong understanding of digital publishing, off‑site media platforms and performance optimisation.
• Ability to work independently, maintain professional communication and manage client relationships.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with quick problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.
