Senior Designer – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our Global Studios team on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. Working remotely from Vancouver, you will create emotive, conversion‑focused digital communications for world‑recognised brands, helping shape behaviours and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and oversee Junior and Midweight Designers, providing constructive feedback.
• Take briefs from concept to delivery, including image sourcing, artworking, and Gen‑AI image prompting.
• Design responsive emails, static ads, landing pages, paid‑social storyboards, and onsite marketing templates.
• Develop rich visual content for weekly newsletters and ad‑hoc projects.
• Research competitors, stay current with design and marketing trends, and protect brand integrity.
• Drive timely, high‑quality delivery by understanding team capabilities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of digital design experience in an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio covering brand, direct, and above‑the‑line work.
• Excellent eye for layout, typography, and retouching.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to meet demanding deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with a desire to mentor junior talent.
