About the role

Bondi Medical Supplies Inc is seeking a dedicated Senior Customer Service Executive to lead client interactions for its medical aesthetic product line. The role focuses on delivering prompt, knowledgeable support while ensuring smooth order processing and fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional, timely manner.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
• Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with the warehouse clerk to guarantee order fulfilment.
• Stay current on company products and services to offer informed assistance.
• Assist with the creation of marketing materials and social‑media content.
• Travel to and represent the company at three annual trade shows across Canada.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service.
• Interest or experience in marketing (asset).
• Fluent verbal and written communication in both French and English.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of medical products and terminology (asset).
• Willingness to travel within Canada.
