Senior CRM Consultant

About the role

The Senior CRM Consultant will design and implement custom CRM solutions for financial services clients. You will translate business needs into functional requirements, system architectures and detailed designs while ensuring smooth adoption after go-live.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to banks and credit unions on CRM automation and business-process optimisation.
• Analyse client processes, identify requirements and develop CRM optimisation opportunities.
• Design robust CRM system architectures, low-level designs and integration plans.
• Develop training materials, deliver workshops and offer post-go-live support.
• Automate repetitive tasks, create workflows and enhance customer engagement.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, maintain project documentation and ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice thought-leadership.

Required profile

• Degree in Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 5+ years of CRM consulting and implementation experience, preferably in financial services.
• Valid CRM certification and strong consulting, communication and client-relationship skills.
• Proven ability to lead strategic discussions and manage client relationships.
