Senior Consultant – Life Sciences Events Management Implementation

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead implementations of its Vault CRM Events Management solution for life‑sciences customers. You will ensure compliant, end‑to‑end event management across speaker programs, advisory boards, roundtables and fee‑for‑service activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with a “Keep It Simple” mindset, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Execute software implementations using best‑practice packages and automation tools to deliver fast, high‑quality deployments.
• Configure solutions on the Vault Platform, manage data migration, and perform validation.
• Guide customers through the full event lifecycle, including speaker management, budgeting, content distribution, attendee reconciliation and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with strategy, product, solution consulting and account teams to ensure smooth handoffs and feed feedback into product direction.
• Take accountability for project deliverables, manage risks and ensure milestones are met.

Required profile

• 6+ years delivering enterprise SaaS/cloud implementations of event management solutions.
• Strong understanding of life‑sciences commercial event operations and technical affinity for cloud platforms, workflow engines and data integration.
• Proven consultative and presentation skills, able to lead discovery workshops and communicate architecture simply.
• Self‑starter with high attention to detail and ability to drive incremental progress quickly.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for key project milestones.
