Senior Associate – Regulatory Reporting

About the role

The Senior Associate will support US Regulatory Services by executing day‑to‑day regulatory reporting and ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across multiple reporting streams such as CAT, CAIS, TRACE, and SEC filings. The role also involves mentoring junior analysts and contributing to process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and review daily regulatory reporting submissions for assigned reports.
• Serve as escalation point for junior staff on complex reporting issues.
• Develop and implement controls to guarantee reporting accuracy and completeness.
• Prioritize and resolve reporting anomalies and support impact assessments of system or business changes.
• Produce presentations and metrics for stakeholders.
• Document, revise, and maintain reporting procedures; train team members on updates.
• Lead or contribute to projects aimed at process enhancement and regulatory change initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial products including equities, listed derivatives, fixed income, and OTC derivatives.
• In‑depth knowledge of the trade life‑cycle (orders, executions, allocations).
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior analysts is preferred.
