Senior Architect – Lead Large‑Scale Projects

About the role

The Senior Architect will lead the design and delivery of large‑scale, complex projects, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, detailed drawings and 3D models for large‑scale projects.
• Produce construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit and other CAD tools.
• Research building materials, codes and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors and other stakeholders throughout project phases.
• Attend client, contractor and stakeholder meetings and represent the firm.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and review designs for code compliance.
• Manage project documentation, schedules and deliverables.
• Mentor and supervise junior and intermediate architects.
• Maintain and develop client and consultant relationships.
• Contribute to proposals, presentations and industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of architectural experience, including leadership of large, complex projects.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $131,000 – $150,000 per year.
