Senior Application Analyst

About the role

The Senior Application Analyst will be the primary subject‑matter expert for a portfolio of business‑critical software applications supporting construction project management, field service operations, financial management and business intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as system administrator and functional owner for the application portfolio, managing configurations, permissions, integrations and workflows.
• Monitor application health and performance, proactively resolve issues and oversee upgrades, patches and releases.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze workflows, document processes and implement configuration changes or custom integrations.
• Design, configure and maintain integrations (e.g., Acumatica‑Procore, Jonas‑Sage, ServiceTrade‑QuickBooks) and develop Power Platform solutions.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support, deliver end‑user training and maintain support logs.
• Manage vendor relationships, license inventories and lead implementation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as an application/ERP analyst with hands‑on experience in at least three of the listed applications.
• Strong knowledge of construction or field‑service workflows and experience leading end‑user training.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience with Acumatica, Procore, Jonas, Sage, ServiceTrade, QuickBooks integrations.
• SQL for ad‑hoc reporting and data validation.
• API troubleshooting and data governance.
