Senior Analyst, Global Public Sector, Urban Mobility

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead the technical implementation of its Global Urban Mobility solutions across the Americas. The role is customer‑facing and requires close collaboration with public‑sector clients, agencies, system integrators, and internal product teams to ensure successful deployments, upgrades, and ongoing optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison for urban mobility projects, coordinating requirements and resolving product constraints.
• Lead deployment and upgrade activities, providing hands‑on support for reporting, readiness, and post‑implementation stabilization.
• Collaborate with global product and mobility solution teams to ensure consistent application of core capabilities across regions.
• Prioritize implementation and support requests using defined frameworks that balance regional and global needs.
• Identify recurring deployment challenges and contribute to product and process improvements.

Required profile

• Advanced understanding of technical solution implementation, deployment lifecycles, and system integration concepts.
• Proven experience working directly with customers and external partners in multi‑market environments.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal and external product, engineering, and regional market teams.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder updates and reporting.
